Details Not Found

This usually happens when either the 8 digit letter code, or the postcode, have been input incorrectly. 

Please ensure you’ve entered the details exactly as they’re shown on your letter. 

8 DIGIT CODE – this contains a mix of numbers and upper/lower case letters. It’s case-sensitive, which means a code of “xyz123AB” is not the same as “XYZ123ab”. Please ensure the code is entered exactly as it appears on your letter. You don’t need the quotes. 

POSTCODE –  usually there is a space in the middle of a postcode. So, the postcode for Buckingham Palace is correctly written as “SW1A 1AA”.  Sometimes however, people can mistype this when they send a letter. For example, “SW1A1AA” (no space). Please ensure the postcode is entered exactly as it appears on the letter. If there’s a space, include it. If there’s no space, omit it. Additionally, if your browser is using an autocomplete feature to enter your postcode, that can also sometimes cause issues.
